So it's been about a month since the gyms reopened and I've been loving getting back into my fitness. I’ve managed at least 3 sessions a week every week and I’ve been enjoying it so much. I’ve tried to mix things up by taking part in some outdoor classes, along with weight training and some cardio too. Which is such a real shame as the last year I’d really got into my fitness and was so happy with my progress. Through 2020 I really found my love for working out, I set myself small achievable goals to keep me going and reward myself when I hit them. It...
