My First Month Back At The Gym
So it's been about a month since the gyms reopened and I've been loving getting back into my fitness. Iāve managed at least 3 sessions a week every week and Iāve been enjoying it so much. Iāve tried to mix things up by taking part in some outdoor classes, along with weight training and some cardio too. Although I have been aching so much, whatever the workout version of "eyeās bigger than my belly". Is it "eye's bigger than my arms?", anyhow, a lot of long soaks in the bath have been required. I also started the empower programme atĀ Ć©nergie...

I know how hard it is getting that motivation to go back to the gym. But trust me when I say youāll feel so much better after it. Even if you only manage 15 minutes, thatās still an achievement and the next day, perhaps try for 20 minutes and build yourself up gradually. Remember thereās no such thing as a ābadā workout, as long as youāve done something, it really is better than doing...
Returning To The Gym
Well I donāt know about you, but this last lockdown has been the toughest one yet, and my motivation for working out has been at an all-time low. Unless, one of my friends dragged me to the park Iāve hardly worked out at all in the past 4 months. Which is such a real shame as the last year Iād really got into my fitness and was so happy with my progress. Through 2020 I really found my love for working out, I set myself small achievable goals to keep me going and reward myself when I hit them. It...
