Baked Oats

Nutritional Values (for base only):
374 kcals, 28g Protein, 31g Carbs, 15g Fat
Base Ingredients:
- 40g oats
- 30g Fit Delis Vanilla Power
- 110mL Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 15g Peanut Butter (optional)
- Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt
- Generous sprinkle of ground cinnamon cardamom & chai spices (optional)
- Drop of Vanilla (or Stevia Vanilla)
Toppings:
Option 1: Mixed Berries & Granola
Option 2: 85% Dark Chocolate & Orange
(or your choice of additional healthy toppings)
Method:
- Mix all ingredients together to form a smooth batter like consistency (add a dash of milk/ water if required)
- Transfer to an oven proof dish
- Add your toppings in
- Bake at 170°C for approx. 20-25 mins
- Enjoy warm!
