Nutritional Values (for base only):
374 kcals, 28g Protein, 31g Carbs, 15g Fat

Base Ingredients:

  • 40g oats
  • 30g Fit Delis Vanilla Power
  • 110mL Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 15g Peanut Butter (optional)
  • Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt
  • Generous sprinkle of ground cinnamon cardamom & chai spices (optional)
  • Drop of Vanilla (or Stevia Vanilla)

Toppings:

Option 1: Mixed Berries & Granola

Option 2: 85% Dark Chocolate & Orange 

(or your choice of additional healthy toppings)

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together to form a smooth batter like consistency (add a dash of milk/ water if required)
  2. Transfer to an oven proof dish
  3. Add your toppings in
  4. Bake at 170°C for approx. 20-25 mins
  5. Enjoy warm!
