Our traditional Hatha Yoga class is designed to help you find balance, strength and flexibility, by focussing on the connection between mind, body and spirit. Pilates is a form of slow-paced exercise that focuses on your core muscles, whilst also training your arms and legs through a series of movements designed to strengthen and lengthen the body. A pivotal workout for improving posture and building core strength, pilates can be modified for any age, body and fitness ability.
